In an effort to get my local voicemail back, I reset the answer ring count on it to 4 so it would pick up before 30 seconds had lapsed..
Now my answering device answers on 4, however on the calling phone, it keeps ringing until FPL's voicemail picks up.
What would the reason be that the system does not detect my phone has picked up? Is there something I can do to fix this?
