Technical support over the phone working hours ...

Well, it is the second Saturday I am calling technical support and @ 10:15 AM EST I get a message saying: "Our office is now closed, please call ... & Saturdays 10 AM through 6 PM EST ..."
So, what are the offices' working hours on Saturdays?

Our office working hours on Saturdays are 10 - 7; if you get that message, call back 15 - 20 minutes later. I know it's a hassle but until Monday I can't fix it. Sorry :(

I did call back and get the same message still now (10:44 AM)
I got an email from you:
"In reviewing your account we were either unable to reach you or unable to verify your home address and contact information. It is manditory that we do this in order to provide you with the manditory 911 service. Therefore your request for 911 certification has been declined.

Please phone in to one of our call centers with your correct and full address information in order to complete your desired certification request.

Regards,

FreePhoneLine Customer Support"
