no sound

when I call someone they cant hear me and I cant hear them. I dont know what Im doing wrong. I can hear the phone ring, but no voice. When they ring me, my phone doesnt ring. It says im online but im showing up as offline to them. I have it set to turn on when windows boots up. My mic is part of my webcam. I dont have a built in one. My speakers are desktop and they work great in msn. Please get back to me.

Make sure the webcam mic is set as your default mic in Windows Control Panel
Also make sure you disable all firewalls (for troubleshooting purposes)

If both of the above fail, try configuring your internet router to port forward UDP ports 13000-13001 and 6060-6061 to the PC using the softphone
