I cannot hear

from the beginning I am having this problem .. like if I make a call other side can hear me but i cannot hear them clear .. but if i call few times then it's ok do i need to change anything pls help me somebody.

Try disabling all firewalls and trying again, that'll commonly get it.

If not, forward the following ports in your router (based on what device you're using):
Softphone: UDP 13000-13001 and 6060-6061
ATA: UDP 5060-6061, 10000-20000
