No audio on incoming calls on the FPL softphone

Hi all

I'm having a problem with my softphone, where I don't hear the incoming call audio. My pc (macbook) is behind the airport extreme router, and I'm forwarding UDP ports 5060-5061, 6060-6061,13000-13001.

When I hook up my macbook directly to the cable modem, the softphone works correctly.

My full setup:
teksavvy cable internet
airport extereme router, forwarding UDP ports 5060-5061, 6060-6061,13000-13001 to my macbook
macbook running FPL softphone.

ANy help would be appreciated.
