I get a stuttering dial tone for about 2 to 3 seconds before getting the steady dial tone. I have a spa3102.
I have reset the ATA to factory defaults and reconfigured a couple of times. After each reset, It solves the problem for about an hour and then the stuttering dial tone comes back.
Any suggestions?
