Not able to port my # with freephone line.ca

after entering my information I get this error message:

Error: Unfortunately the number (450) 691- XXXXX is not available to be transferred to Freephoneline.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

I live in Chateauguay, Québec, J6K1L2

unfortunately Chateauguay is not on the list of areas where FPL will port from by the looks of it. (http://support.fongo.com/entries/228992 ... o-network-)
The only thing I would suggest is to open a support ticket (see sig for links) and ask Fongo Support directly if the is anything they are will to do to get your number ported.
