I have 2 FPL accounts and bought 2 unlock codes. One I use for a Snom 300 IP phone set, and the other one on a Grandstream HT701, both devices can receive calls, but not able to make outgoing calls. It actually can call out, it just the phone has no sound, I tried call to cell phone and other phones, the cell phone will rings and can connect and hear the other side, but there were no sound from my IP devices. I also has a Cisco SPA112, I configure to use the FPL, same thing happen. But the Cisco SPA 112 I use with another number (not FPL number) works fine.
My home phone is with Fongo (paid service) configure with HT701(from Fongo), works perfectly without any problem, I duplicate the same configuration for the other HT701, with my FPL credentials and the unlock code, dial out is still a problem, no sound, but the other side will ring and hear what I said. But once in a while it will not, the problem is not consistent. Can anyone help?
