i can't connect 1800 nos., is this the problem with everyone or just me.

Let me know a couple of the 800 numbers you're trying and I can test them.
Testing against Goog411 with and without the 1 before 800 works for me. (800)4664411

Are you using softphone? Did you block your number in the settings? If so, toll free will not work.
