In the control panel under the "call logs" menu in order to be able to see the calls instead of being able to see them right after we choose the "call logs" menu?
Is it to be able to hide something from someone around us?
Also, why isn't the "Show failed calls" option chosen by default?
Thanks.
Why do we have to click on the "Show" button?

I'll see about both those suggestions tomorrow.
Those are the default options on our sip server, we can of course change those and I'll see if we are able to quickly.

we've put the request in, no guarantees if it will be implemented though.marginal wrote:Hi admin.

From our view: there's no point in unecessarily polling the server for call logs if they aren't needed. If you only wanted logs for a specific time, then it would have to poll the server for them all, then poll again for your selection... if I make sense

Re: Why do we have to click on the "Show" button?
Hi FPL-steve.
I didn't understand very well your explanation, but it is most probably because of my ignorance.
All I know is that it would be much more convenient to click once instead of twice when we want to see our call log ...
Thanks.

Re: Why do we have to click on the "Show" button?
I believe what Steve is trying to say is, the amount of call logs our server stores would be too much to load individually on every click; so we divvy them up by month, and successful and failed calls.
It would be a good idea to load both successful and failed calls at once to avoid loading twice if you forget to click 'failed', but beyond that he is correct and our view is pretty fixed on this subject.
