New account, failed for both incoming/outgoing calls

I register a new number 613-689-five eight five two last week, and purchase VOIP unlocked key. However I'm not able to make/receive calls either with FPL PC soft client or Linksys PAP2 box. I always heard "This account number is not valid", no matter making outgoinh call or calling into this number.

I' already have had a Linksys PAP2 box running with FPL with another account. The new box has the exact same settings with the working one except the number and password. FPL soft client does not with this account number as well , which has nothing to do with ATA box settings.

Is the number idisabled on the server side?

If you had just tried the ATA I would suggest you look at making sure your password was entered correctly, but if you get the same message with the softphone you will need to send in a support ticket on this one. It could very well be something back end.

I tried ATA first, failed. Then tested with FPL soft client the latest version, failed as well. Le's forget ATA, and would get the fix for the call with soft client first.
