When I go to e911 I get the following message:
e911
Non-Certified - 911 emergency service not available: The 911 service is not yet available for this account, because it is not certified by the FreePhoneLine staff. Please enter your real phone number in the "Other phone number" field in "Change Details" page. One of our employees will call you on this number and verify your identity.
If you have entered your actual address, you can click here to request certification!
After I click on the link "here" I get a message: "The account is already certified"
Isn't this a bug?
Thanks.
