Hi there,
After you provided us with a Linksys configuration document and instructions on adding the ata IP to the DMZ on our Hitron router (Rogers), we finally got the phone working on Sunday! Now we have noticed that the phone is not working consistently. It keeps going on and off- sometimes there is no dial tone and sometimes when you dial the number there is a busy signal. Any ideas about this issue. Your help is needed!

I do not know much about the Hiltron other than some Rogers customers liking it much. See if you can get the Hiltron to allow RTP ports 16384 - 16438 to be forwarded to the SPA112 and see what happens.
