can't access phone calling pad

Hi , new user here, I have a windows 8.1tablet and got registered and downloaded and ran the windows desktop program, I have on my tablet desktop the butterfly freephoneline icon but can't seem to open it, I tried uninstalling the registration program and installing it, tried allowing all cookies and zilch

The tablet is an Acer 10 inch with dual core AMD and 2gigs of ram

Currently at a McDonald's using their server and trying to teat a phone call

Any help would be appreciated

Hi new user here, I'm registered and downloaded the phone registration program and got the butterfly phone
pad icon on my desktop

Problem is I can't open it to get the phonepad to make a call
I'm using 2 year old Acer tablet with enough CPU its dual core at 1 GHz with 2 gigs running windows 8.1

I've uninstalled and installed the registration program and using a McDonald's free WiFi to test , phoning in Toronto ontario

Let me know please what I'm doing wrong, cookies are set to allow all
