Cannot hear the other end

Hello all,

My FPL phone was working properly for the last 3 months ever since I got it.

However I've started to have a problem today: when making or receiving calls, the other end can hear me but I can't hear them.

This problem may be caused by my internet connection, but how can I troubleshoot it anyway?

Kindly advise.

PS: when calling the voice mail, I can hear the machine
