Registration State: Failed

Post by aix170 »

Not sure if I am the only one getting this, "Registration State: Failed ".
I did pay $50 to get an account and I put the info into my ATA device PAP2, it was working fine.
but out of no reason, it shows "Registration State: Failed " after wards.

My device is working ok as I have other sip account.

I did the setit up follow the instruction on this site.

just have no clue why it stop working, of couurce the tech support won't offer any thing as I didn't buy the device from FPL.

Well, this policy is against our call centers. It is followed loosely throughout this forum.

When you call it, we are obviously a call center and want to keep the calls flowing; also with our adapters we know exactly how it's set up and what's been done to it.

On the forums, you have 960 people + Steve and I willing to help you, and of course Steve and I can answer basic questions about configuration, suggested settings, and will obviously troubleshoot with you - But we rely on the other users to help out as well.

The entire premise behind these forums was not only another means of communication between Freephoneline and it's users, but also to develop a web of people who can also help out with the odd question here and there, and ultimately provide another layer of user-based support for everyone to take advantage of :)
