Re: Cannot heard voice when I received incoming call
If you have not done this, you have to make sure the router forwards those ports to your linksys SPA3102. It is better to do it manually. All you really need is 2 ports forwarded, a sip port like 6060, and an RTP port like 12000. What do you have for a router?

Thanks bridonca!
As i said in my previous post, I already setup router forwards all port 6060/6061/5060/5061/10000-20000 to my SPA3102.

connected to ¿ SPA? then router or internet, router then SPA?
what kind of router? make, model? third party firmware( dd-wrt )? version of firmware?
your SPA, firmware? whats connected to what )WAN, LAN, Port 1?
what are there IP's?

Re: Cannot heard voice when I received incoming call
Sadly, I need more information. Are you using a DSL router? If so, you have to forward ports from there instead of your router. A better solution would be to disable the DSL router and get the router to handle the PPPoE login directly. What do you have for a router, and what model DSL box do you have?

Re: Cannot heard voice when I received incoming call
did you get it fixed? If not try set "Use Preferred Codec Only:" to Yes. this fixed my problem.shanshuixing wrote:Ougoing call is perfect without any issue, but when i receive incoming call, the caller can hear my voice but i can not hear any voice.

Re: Cannot heard voice when I received incoming call
I try to put more detail information below, any suggestion will be helpfully, thanks,
I am using Teksavvy DSL high speed internet, modem is Speedtouch 516, behind modem is TrendNet router (ip is 192.168.2.1, model is TEW-432BRP with no third part firmware). Cable from one of 4 wan port of router connect to SPA3102's internet port. SPA3102's firmware is 5.1.7(GW), line 1 port is 5060 and status IP (192.168.2.100) was setup under "wan setup", original I only foward port 5060 in router to SPA3102 - 192.168.2.100 (currently i forward all ports 6060/6061/5060/5061/10000-20000 to my SPA3102).

Re: Cannot heard voice when I received incoming call
Good news, I know what your problem is. Even better news, I have a fix.
You currently have is a routing nightmare. Your SIP ATA has to go through 2 routers (TEW-432BRP and SpeedTouch 516) to get to the Internet. That is bad. But as I said, I have a fix.
You will need to convert the TEW-432BRP from a router to an access point, so that the SpeedTouch 516 will be the only router. As an access point, the TEW-432BRP and it's wifi will be controlled by the SpeedTouch 516. The SIP ATA, other computers, and wifi devices connected to the TEW-432BRP will also be directly routed by the SpeedTouch 516.
Here is a a document on how to configure the TEW-432BRP as an access point. It is not hard.
http://www.trendnet.com/kb/kbp_viewques ... &catId=524
Make sure the TEW-432BRP ip address is set to 192.168.1.1 instead of the default 192.168.10.1 This will allow you to be able to access the TEW-432BRP access point while still connected to the SpeedTouch 516.
Plug the SpeedTouch 516 ethernet cable in one of the TEW-432BRP lan ports intstead of the wan port it is in now.
You can now access the SpeedTouch 516 at 192.168.1.254 if the default settings are still intact. If you still need to forward ports, you can do it on the SpeedTouch 516. More likely than not, you will not have to do anything though.
