Unable to hear voice LinksysPAT

I can't hear voice my end but other end they can hear my voice.

VOIP device info:

LinkSYSPAP
Softwar version: PAP2T 5.1.6 (LS)
Hardare Version: 5.1.5

I have tried port forwaring 5060-5061, 6060-6061 and 13000-13001
I have tried DHCP and static IP still doesn't hear voice.

Please help

On the router, you need to open up RTP ports 16384 - 16538 and forward them to the ATA. That is assuming you did not change the default RTP ports on the PAP2T. Adjust accordingly if so. After the change and save, power down the modem, router and ATA, and then power them back up after a minute. That assures the devices will use the new settings.
