Post by zhaiming97 »

I am a new customer using linksys rt31p2. Half of my calls has poor audio quality, the sound is broken, even the dial tone, but the other half calls are totally fine. what kind of setting should I check? I have used this device with vbuzzer and nonoh with no problem. thanks.

thank you so much. I didn't find the setting for "RTP Packet Size" at first, thought rt31p2 doesn't support this setting. after read your reply, I managed to findout this setting is in SIP tab instead of Line1 tab. Now it's working perfectly.
