Voice Mail does not work

Voice Mail does not work

My voice mail was working fine before but has NOT been working since May 17. The prompt says "that account does not exsit". So the problem is not the setup of my ATA. Any one can help? Thanks!!

I have my answer machine on because I am waiting for a call from a contractor. You might have heard my answer machine if you tested.
