failed to register

My FPL is not stable these days, when i check the info page of my spa3102,, in the register statuts: FAILED.

i have another question: i can access my ATA when i am connected with cable after the ATA, but i cannot access it via the wireless network.

Any help ?

Hi there,

Can you open a command prompt on any PC/Laptop in your network and type this:

ping voip.freephoneline.ca

and

ping www.google.ca

Please post the output here.

One more thing: Your SPA should be setup as DHCP not static IP unless you really know what you're doing.

i have now the ATA behind the router, and it seems now working better. till now it is registered. Before the ATA was connected to the router, it was working well till last week
