2 freephonelines on HT702 on same network, 1 doesn't work

Hi,

I have a Grandstream HT-702 (supports 2 lines). Up until yesterday, I've only been using 1 port for my primary Freephoneline.ca account. No port forwarding was needed on the router (Cisco RV180) to get it to work, and it has been working perfectly even up till now. I added a second Freephoneline.ca account since my in-law moved in and she has her own account. I've added her account to my HT702 2nd port, with the exact same configuration as line 1 (except for SIP/RTP ports). I am unable to get any incoming audio to the 2nd line, it dials out fine. Incoming calls to 2nd line doesn't work until I setup port forwarding for the 2nd line SIP/RTP ports.

Please see attached for configs. Any advice appreciated, thanks.
