Newbie - Voicemail not working?

Cool service. I am having a slight issue though....

I am trying to dial into my voicemail account from the softphone on my PC, but the prompt asks me to to "please enter your account number." If I am understanding the service correctly, it should not be requesting this when I am calling directly from the softphone on my PC? I'm using the voicemail button to try to get into the account.

I then tried entering the requested account number (assuming it is my freephone phone number?) but it tells me that the account does not exist.

Am I missing something?
