Porting my FHP number to Worldline

Please be advised that I have made arrangements to port my Fongo Home Phone number to Worldline. They will request you to release this number to them. Please DO NOT cancel my Home Phone account until it the number is ported.

I am a happy Fongo user and will retain my Fongo service on my Android phone. But the combined HS internet and home phone bundle offered by Worldline is a good deal. Also I am now paying for the e911 service twice, which does not make economic sense.

On this note; I have some world credit ($3.46) on my home phone account. I wonder if you folks could transfer it to my Fongo mobile account.

Please advise what else I need to do.
