How do I pay for my wife's config file?

Actually, all you would have to do is put her config file on your account that you used to purchase your own config file

What you would do is call into our call center and inquire about one of our config files, tell them it is for your wife (It will not matter much).

Then once you go through the procedure of validating your 911 address, you would supply payment information and in 7 - 10 days, viola!

You've received your configuration file.
