Folks just trying to figure out how Follw-me works with FPL number when its its always forwarded & the forwarding number is busy. Does it go to Voicemail or give the caller busy tone

If you are in a follow-me call already, it will give a busy tone shortly, but currently gives a verbal message. We are in the process of changing this though, because a busy signal is a much more recognizable tone.
