Skins?

Post by Skylark942 »

Hello all,

Is there anyway to change the current skin from this awful Green (w/butterflies), back to the original? The original skin was simple and practical.

Does anyone have the install file for the older version before this skin?

No way to change skins sorry.
Older versions aren't available for upgrade as they will only prompt you to install the new version anyways.

Mine isn't green? I have FreePhoneLine version: 2.2.3.0 and it is black. If that is an old one, I am not being asked to upgrade it by the software. If it is green, I don't think I will be in a hurry

The 'green' skin everyone is talking about here (as seen in Steves picture) is the Beta version of our software phone - You won't be asked to upgrade until it is a full release.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Ahh OK, that is why I have not seen it then. I can't say I am looking forward to the change, the colour is a little.... different.

My girlfriend sent me the install file for the older version. I definitely prefer this version over the beta, the green version doesn't feel very appealing especailly with all the ads. Reminded me of when I had free dial-up years ago. I will stick with the older\simpler looking version as long as I can.

I think Skins is a feature worth requesting / suggesting during the beta phase.
If something doesn't sit right with the public, the beta phase is the time to make your voices and opinions heard.
