ATA does not accept admin/user password

Hi all,

I have an issue where jsut recently my ATA will not accept my password for 'user' or 'admin' it keeps looping me to the username/password prompt. I AM 200% sure that the password is correct...... it gurantee it.

(this is not the FPL password but the ATA UNIT password)............ again, yes i am 200% sure that the password is correct. I am trying to access the unit to remove the * command for call fwd. I now manually use *73 but i want to access the ATA to completely remove *72 from the options......

has anyone else had this issue in the past ? again i know this sounds cheesey and from the technical side this sound unreal but i am sertain the password is correct.
