Hi,
I was introduced Fongo Android App by a friend which had been working greatly. Instead, I am kinda more interested in the desktop version. Disappointingly, after days test, the desktop version seems not to work properly. I do not know if it needs specific configuration or the app is just not ready for use?
The problem I am experiencing is my side is not able to hear anything from the other side when calling out, yet the other side hears my side normally.
No problem with incoming calls (both of the sides hear each other normally), only outgoing calls affected.
App I am using: Freephoneline Desktop App 3.2.7
Computer: Elitebook 2760p
OS: Windows 7 Professional 64bit
SIP: VIDEOTRON 20M CABLE HIGH SPEED INTERENT
I am just wondering if the software can work properly, what an amazing app it would be!
Anyone could give me some clue on the issue will be greatly appreciated.
