FollowMe number already used

I am trying to add my cell to the FollowME number. Currently when adding i get a pop up saying that the number is already in use.

I searched and found that people just PM the support. Is this still the only way?

Yep pretty much, but open a support ticket first.

There could be a few reasons why your number is already in there, and unfortunately we have no way of clearing it on the forum so it has to be done through support.
