So currently I have one FPL account, bought the SIP Info for $50 and ported a number over for $25. I'll call it Account_A and Number_A.
I want to create another FPL account and port another number over. I'll call it Account_B and Number_B.
What I would like to do is have one number forward to the other number. I can forward Number_B to A... but I like Number_B more.
Can I swap Number_A to Account_B and Number_B to Account_A (Will there be a porting fee?). Or do I have to buy the SIP Info for Account_B?
Rather, what would be the cheapest way for me to accomplish what I'm after?
Is it possible to swap numbers on two accounts?

They don't normally let you swap numbers around, unless there is a very good reason to. Just liking the number probably isn't good enough, and if they were to charge you for the time to dig around in the system to swap the numbers over, it would probably be more than the $50 a new unlock key would cost.
Personally I would just buy the unlock key for the second account, and I think this is what you will have to do to get what you want to be honest. It will offer the most flexibility in the end should you want to do something different later also.
