I currently have 1 FPL line and would like to add a second line on port #2 of my PAP2T ATA.
Is there a way to purchase a second SIP unlock key under my existing account or do I need to register for a completely new account under a different email address to obtain the second line?
Thanks!
How to sign up for a second line?

As far as I know, you still need to register for a second account with a new email address to get a second line. When you pay for the SIP settings, you can use it on the same 2 line ATA if you desire. I would use separate RTP ports and SIP port just to eliminate confusion from both lines though.

Is this still the case? Do you require a 2nd account(and email address) to setup two lines on the same Cisco spa112?

Unfortunately that is not possible.
At Fongo/FPL (residential) we only allow one DID(number) per account.
If you want to use 2 numbers, you will need to sign up for a new account, get a number and order voip unlock key.
Thanks,
