Hi all,
I have been using the GrandStream HT286 with the Freephone line service for a couple of years now. From yesterday all of a sudden incoming calls stopped working. I tried hard restarting everything . I even tried plugging my GrandStream straight to my modem. Any suggestions? Incoming calls go straight to voicemail. Outgoing calls are working fine. I am not a tech guy!
Thanks in advance
Ravi

Re: Incoming calls are not working!
A quick note.
My friend who uses Fongo homephone called me and only that incoming call worked.
No other incoming calls are coming.
Also, my friend's Fongo Home Phone is not getting incoming calls as well.
He can only recieve my calls from the FreePhone Line
Please help
I will appreaciate it!

Re: Incoming calls are not working!
There are now several threads regarding this problem. The solution for me was to change the SIP Setting in my ATA to 'voip2.freephoneline.ca'

Re: Incoming calls are not working!
Same problem started here yesterday in Ottawa.
After restarting my ATA, updated my linksys ATA according to doc in another thread, income ring is fine, but no income voice, others can hear me but I cannot hear them!

Re: Incoming calls are not working!
I got a bit different problem (no income voice), switching to voip2 solved it as well.
