Hi, couldn't find an answer to this on the forum although some people have already had the issue, kindly post how it was addressed so users like me don't have to ask again.
The FPL app worked when I first installed the application on my HP DV7 laptop with Windows 7 but now I hear extremely choppy sounds on any calls including calls to VM and they hear nothing on the other side. It's like bouncing echo until and after I end the call for one more minute.
Also at some point I heard somebody saying hello and couldn't figure out where that was coming from, didn't dial up or answered any call and I couldn't end that up until I logged out from my Windows user account.
The same app works fine on a XP desktop.
I also have a Fongo number installed on my Android 2.3.4 phone and it seems to be working fine lately.
Is there a compatibility setting to install this app on Windows 7 or a conflict with the audio driver that can somehow be addressed, or maybe a QoS setting in the router? Is this a bug that is being monitored with the current desktop FPL app? I don't remember having all these issues with the older version.
