will I pay twice?

Hi, I am a new user and ask a small problem:
I want to transfer my current local number to freephoneline and get a VoIP Unlock Key,so I paid ($25+$50)*1.13, but when I get the voip unlock key the username is temporary phone number,I wonder if the porting job is finished by fongo($25), should I pay the VoIP Unlock Key $50 again?

You don't have to pay twice. Once Porting is completed, your ported number will replace the temp number.
