caller id problem

when i call someone my name is not displayed, the phone # is display only, i'm not talking calling a cell phone, but a land phone line. Do i have to set something so people can see the name displayed ?

I'm using asterisk, so maybe i need to set something, i tried with other provider, all i need to do is setting the Outbound Caller ID, but this is not working with FPL.
