I recently registered number with area code 437. I am able to dail and receive call with a Cisco SPA 122 (firmware 1.3.3). Nonetheless, there is no incoming audio, but the other end has audio in both incoming and out going calls.
Router is Linksys E1200.
Additional Info:
I have another (647) FPL number using ATA Grandstream HT-286, which I purchased from FPL way back when. It works with the same ISP and router setup, has been working for 4+ yrs.
This (437) FPL number was first tested with Grandstream HT-702, and I had the same issue, no audio for both incoming and outgoing call, but the other end can hear. I thought the device was defective, so I switched to SPA122, but same issue.
Please help.

FPL - No Audio on my end when I dial out or receive calls
Strange issue:
No issue when I use voip2.freephoneline.ca. When I use voip.freephoneline.ca, no sound on my end, dial out or receiving calls. .
Around six month ago I bought a voip key and I had same issue. A ticket was created and a document was sent to me to change the setting I was told not to use voip2.freephoneline.ca. Issue was fixed by follow the instructions.
Now I bought another voip key and new Cisco SPA122, I followed the instruction from the document sent last time. Did not work, no sound when dial out or receive the call.
Just to test, I used my old working voip router SPA122 and change the newer ID and Password, I had the same issue no sound when dial out or receive the call.
Then just to test, I used my Previous ID and password on new voip router SPA122, it works OK, sound was OK for incoming and outgoing calls.
Findings: It mean router settings were correct something to do FPL end. How to fix this issue.

Re: No incoming audio - SPA122
I am using the SPA122 with the same linksys router and having the same problem with void.freephoneline.ca, but it is okay with void2.freephoneline.ca. How did you get fongos to force a registration ?

Open a ticket via Fongos website, the ticket will be "closed" automatically. But PM the ticket# to Fongo support via this forum, they will be able to look at the ticket and assist you from there.
