Hi,
I am trying to cancel an order I initiated for home phone service. Every time I log in, I'm prompted to complete the order and I cannot cancel it. I would like to retain the mobile number but I do not need the home number.
I opened a ticket with support only to receive sales info about Fongo Home Phone. Is there any way I can cancel this pending order? Thanks in advance!
