Followme number already used

Hi i'm having trouble setting up a followme number for my primary account with FPL. It says my cell phone number is already used.

I desperately need my FPL line (647367XXXX) forwarded to my cell phone (416525XXXX). I figured i'd make a post here before PM-ing steve who's helped me in the past.

Any ideas?

Steve has moved onto other things now. He is still with Fongo, just not as active here.

Your best bet is to open a support ticket and PM fongo support. The links are in my sig.

I didn't solve it, you guys did ! <3

Apparently i had signed up for the fongo mobile app using that number when i was testing using GPRS voip for voice calls. When your techs pointed me at the account in question i removed it and added it to the one i needed.

Thank you again, this is a great service, its nice to see we still have great support since the restructuring.
