Making FPL default to a particular headset?

Is there a way to make the softphone use a particular headset?
I have a USB headset which doesn't work with FPL but is great for music, movie and games, this would be my default headset for everything. Lets call it headset1
I would like to use my other headset (Lets call it headset2) only for FPL, is there a way to do this on win7 x64?

I tried to set headset2 as the default communication device but FPL still use headset1

any help is appreciated.

I get the same thing here... windows 7, default is the speakers, but the default communications device is my usb headset. FPL uses the microphone from the headset, but plays sound through the speakers.

Skype works fine with this setup... communications to the headset, tunes to the speakers.
