Hello

I signed up on kokaneephone.ca for a free line. Couple of days later I received following email

Dear XXXXXXX, XXXXXXr,

This message is to inform you that your payment of $128.73 has been
received.

Payment ID: XXX
Date: Mon July 26th, 2010
Amount: 128.73
Type: Card # XXXXXXXXXXXXX


Thank you for your business."

The thing is that I NEVER MADE ANY PAYMENT....

Could you please advise what is happening?
