Phone Line Down

Help My Phone line is down. I have disconnected it from the modem/server. I have powered off the unit for 10 minutes and still not able to get back on line. I have had this happen in the past and I have never successfully been able to reboot/reset the system myself. Could you please help test my line/system to get me back up and running asap. Thanks. You may have to power down the router as well, not just the ATA.

If that doesn't help, open a support ticket and send the ticket number to Fongo Support. See my sig for links.
