Hello everyone,
I want to install FPL desktop application on my laptop in office, but I have problem to log on the system. The IT guy in my company says we need to enter proxy info somewhere before I can use it. Please let us know where we can enter proxy info in the application. Thanks a lot.

Re: FPL desktop application log on problem
I also have a similar problem with latest available Fongo Desktop for Windows. It does not offer settings usually entered for an ATA, and for other popular Softphones - the settings relevant to the app registration interval and address, SIP URI, and many more. As a result, in many instances it doesn't work properly, and there is no way to correct it by entering a different server or registration interval etc.
Right now the App looses registration after each call, or after the call is transferred to Voicemail of another party. No Voicemail prompts of another party are heard, and the log of another party shows the app never connected properly. After such call the app looses registration, and its impossible to receive and place calls until its relaunched. Then its all repeated again. My router settings play no role in it, since at times the same App does work properly, and I can send and receive calls, and leave voice mails with exact same router settings. Please fix the problem, it obviously occurs on Fongo servers, but made worse by total luck of connection settings in the Fongo App.

Re: FPL desktop application log on problem
I contacted Fongo Support by PM, they troubleshoot my number, and I was able to make and receive calls with Fongo Desktop without any problems when I tested it, so they closed my ticket. But a few hours later the same problem reappeared again. Outgoing calls to VoIP DIDs are dropped as soon as the party answers the phone. I can't also call 311 or 811. Incoming calls to the app are not coming through. Can Fongo Support resolve this fiddling with my account, or its going to be endless struggle? When they plan to finish moving customers between their servers as they do now? Why nothing is posted in Announcements?
