No Incoming calls at times at random call drops

Hi there!

I'm experiencing some problems with grandstream HT 286. I'd get no incoming calls at random times.
I'd have been called, but it would not ring the phone. Outgoing works fine.

So I switched to Linksys pap2t in which I get random call drops. I'd like to stick to one adapter when grandstream ht286 was purchased, it worked flawlessly.
I've checked the config (ht-286), and the settings seem to be okay. It could be the router (D-link DIR-615). Does anyone have any idea as how to resolve this??
