I have my FPL # set to forward to my cell. I have it set to 30s/30s. When people call the number, they get an operator saying "because of technical difficulties we cannot route your call". It has never worked properly.
Any ideas?

Re: because of technical difficulties we cannot route your c
Hi,
I'm experiencing the same issue when people from the same city (Sudbury, ON) try to call me. The phone number is forwarded to my cell phone as well...
I've tried various settings for the voicemail config... no luck.

This thread is very old and presumed to be solved - you may want to consider starting your own thread for two reasons: you're not ressurrecting an old thread, and you're also not attracting attention away from somebdoy else who needs it ("threadjacking").
Getting past technicalities - Do calls work otherwise? I ask only because there was a reported problem/outage, and also I had this problem but turned out to be internal failure. When I reset my modem, router, and ATA it worked.
