I have $5.00 world credits with auto-renew and valid credit card information.

I am having problems calling long distance.

I noticed first that I cannot call Korea using my SIP for some reason. I did get through to Korea with the desktop app. But I cannot call canadian long distance (Orillia) using the desktop app. I am confused. Please help?

Wow, no response after eight months. Well, I've run into the problem again this morning. Funny thing is, I've called this Korean number before. The lack of resolution to my issue back in March led to my parents switching back to Bell. Interestingly, because I had ported their number and they ported it back, my account was completely deleted. FPL does not revert your service and/or existing credits to the initial number that I had while the port was being processed. I did not know this until my money was gone, unfortunately.
