Hi!
I recently bought a Voip Key from freephoneline. Everything works fine with my home phone which is excellent!
Now, since I bought a Voip and ported my phone number, I can see my home phone number in "My Number" when I log in to the app (which is loigic).
Then, some questions came to my mind:
Am I supposed to get a notification on my desktop when I receive a call?
and
Should I be able to setup voicemail?
I have not used the app much before buying a key
Thanks in advance!

Re: Freephonline Desktop APP (notification, incoming calll,
Generally, FPL credentials key is purchased to allow connect an ATA device, IP phone or any softphone brand other than Freephoneline Desktop. To use FreePhoneLine Desktop App, one doesn't need to buy a key. This means, you can either connect your ATA with credentilas given to you, or use a more advanced softphone like Zoiper, 3CX, Bria etc. to register with your FPL account.
If you still want to use FPL App, check if its registered using Menu. If it is, you'll get a popup message on PC monitor screen when call is received. You can setup voicemail settings in your web account.
I've a similar question to Fongo Support:
FPL Windows Desktop App doesn't ring when a calling party's CallerID Name is hidden or not received, i.e. when the caller presses *67 to hide it, but it does ring when CID Name is received. How can I fix it? Or can FPL support fix it or suggest some FPL settings for me to change?
