Just using the freephoneline account and app. I call my number from a landline and my computer doesn't ring at all just keeps ringing until voicemail. I leave a voicemail and I don't see anything in the voicemail box online. I can call out using the freephoneline app but its super noisy like there is a train in the background. I used the test on the app and it says everything is ok.
Not sure what to do to fix this...can someone help?
