Re: Call Forwarding on ATA
The follow me feature is Call Forwarding on steroids. What follow me will do is call a forwarded number you set up for a set period of time, and if that does not pick up, it will call the next number you set up. That way you can set up your home phone, and cell phone, so when you are not home, it will eventually call your cell after it cannot get anyone to pick up on your home phone.

I understand what followme does, I want to know if there is any difference. Or, will it override each other?

Re: Call Forwarding on ATA
Call forwarding on ATA does not work (usually). It uses some kind of signaling to divert the call. This could be used to divert calls to LD numbers and most voip providers have it disabled.
