Hello ... Was wondering if someone can help with this issue (trying to help my in laws). There system has been working fine, until a week ago. The issue is that NO ONE can call them or they cannot call out. For instance, when I try to call them, it doesn't even go to voicemail and there is no ring. I tried to call them from different phone number and nothings happens. I looked into their call log and the call isn't even register. Same goes when hey try to call out, there is no ringing and it does not register in the call logs. We have tried rebooting everything several times and have checked ATA settings against mine and everything seems to be good (they are using the same ATA and router as mine). My system is working perfect.
If a support ticket is needed, where can I go to do this? Thanks everyone.

Change from voip.freephoneline.ca to voip2.freephoneline.ca, or vice versa...it's an old trick that usually works.PainCourt wrote:Hello ... We tried changing from voip.freephoneline.ca to voip2.freephoneline.ca, with no luck. Usually, if you call, you at least get the voicemail. You don't even get the voicemail. Its just silence then you get a "beeping" noise. Seems the call isn't even connecting. Even the Call Log doesn't even register the call at all.
